1. Booking and Services

  • Service Scope: RoundTheTrip acts as a premium platform connecting users with verified transport service providers for City Rides, Inter-City (Outstation) travel, Airport Transfers, and Hourly Rentals.
  • Accuracy of Information: When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your pickup location, drop destination, date, time, and contact details.

2. Fare Structure and Additional Charges

  • Base Fare: The estimated fare provided at the time of booking includes the vehicle rental and driver allowance for the specified route.
  • Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated otherwise during the booking process, the base fare does not include toll taxes, parking fees, state border permits, or any municipal entry charges. These must be paid extra based on actual usage during the journey.
  • Extra Usage: Additional kilometers or hours beyond the package details selected during booking will be charged at our standard rates (e.g., standard extra hour or extra km charges as specified for the selected vehicle class).

3. Advance Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

  • Advance Payments: To secure certain bookings (especially outstation or peak-hour rides), an advance payment may be required.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: All cancellations and subsequent refunds of advance payments are strictly governed by our Ride Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy, structured around the timing of your cancellation and driver dispatch status.

4. Passenger Conduct & Rules

  • Safety First: Passengers are required to wear seatbelts where available and adhere to standard safety regulations.
  • Zero Tolerance: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, hazardous materials, or abusive behavior toward our drivers. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if a passenger behaves inappropriately or compromises safety.
  • Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers take utmost care, RoundTheTrip is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged during the trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • While we ensure maximum vehicle upkeep, rigorous driver verification, and 24/7 GPS tracking, RoundTheTrip shall not be held liable for delayed arrivals, missed flights, or trip interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, severe traffic congestion, or sudden mechanical breakdowns. In case of a breakdown, our team will make every effort to arrange an alternative vehicle as quickly as possible.

6. Modifications to Terms

  • RoundTheTrip reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
