No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any administrative or processing fees for canceling a ride.

₹0 Cancellation Charges: You can cancel your booking at any time before your scheduled pickup without incurring any penalty or cancellation fee.

2. How to Cancel Your Booking

To cancel your ride, please use one of the following methods at your earliest convenience so we can reassign our driver:

• By Phone: Call our 24/7 customer support team at 82878 97453.
• Online/WhatsApp: Reply directly to your booking confirmation message on WhatsApp.

3. Flight/Train Delays & Changes

As a private boutique service, we actively monitor flight and train arrivals. If your travel is delayed:

• Your booking remains secure, and your driver will adjust the pickup time accordingly.
• If you need to cancel your ride due to a canceled flight or train, the standard ₹0 cancellation policy applies.
